Developer keys are currently provisioned by a TouristTaxTools operator. Self-service signup is not available.

Review the published scope.
Use the coverage explorer to check whether the relevant countries and jurisdictions are supported.

Agree your integration access.
Your existing TouristTaxTools operator issues a key for the required read/resolve scopes, countries, expiry and request limit. The public lookup does not create a developer account.

Store the key on your server.
Save the credential in your secret manager and use the quickstart. Ask your operator to rotate or revoke credentials when required.
