GET /v1/countries · countries:read

Start with the published scope.

Returns published country records with their coverage metadata and collection/publication dates. A listed country is not an assertion that every local authority is covered. Inspect the reported scope and gaps before using rules.

The website's coverage explorer uses this same authenticated data through a bounded server proxy. It does not contain a separate marketing coverage list.
